EXPLAIN ME THIS PLZ

i was chatting with my friend and randomly remembered about this funny video and it's been years since the last time i heard it, so we both watched, it was good nostalgia.

UNTIL I CHECKED COMMENTS SECTION. the vid is from 15 years ago but all the visible comments are recent (within last year) and everybody says they came from tiktok. as you may also see, the common theme in these comments is how traumatizing the video is, how this should have never happened or asking how youtube approved it even.

i can't stress enough how much shocked i am and this is why i create this post because i have never used tiktok so i have absolutely no understanding of any of this so please someone explain why this vid is traumatizing for the tiktok communit? they all can't be underaged right?
