Why do half of my comments on tiktok lives not go through?

I'll just be trying to have a conversation and be saying the most normal things ever but they dont reply because I think they dont see it. Once I ask if my comments are going thru, they scroll through the comments and apologise and say they cant see it.

Ive seen people cussing in comments and those go through but I cant even say "hello" or how are you. Sometimes it goes through and sometimes it doesnt.
