I can’t get back into my account!

I made my TT right at the start of Covid and at the time you didn’t have to have a real number or email. So I used a textnow number and accidentally put my email address in slightly wrong. It never had me change it. Recently I lost the app from my phone and then redownloaded it less than 24 hours later only to find my username and password wasn’t saved. No big deal, I have that. Well it wanted to do a second factor authentication which I cannot do. I even went so far as to contact that phone number to ask them for the code and they’re being jerks about giving it to me lol. TikTok wants 10 different specific details and I’ve given them everything I know and they keep saying it’s wrong. Has anyone had any luck going through this with them an alternative way?? Because they just keep sending me the same automated response.
