I need tiktok support

So I got suspended today because They thought I was underage, I'm 15 turning 16. I was like ok I will just appeal, But Tiktok for some reason, wasn't working I was verifying my face, but it said an error. And I tried verifying again but it only ask for my ID which a 15 year old wouldn't have, what can I do
