What do I do if I’m not bring able to verify my phone number?

Hello, I’m having issues because when I try to post like I normally do it’s now suddenly telling me to verify my phone number (which I HAD done but ok). But when I try to verify, it tells me it sends the message with the code but I never received anything. With other apps that have also needed to send me messages with verification codes it’s worked perfectly. The only one not working is TikTok. I looked through settings to try and see if something was turned off or anything but no, the settings seemed fine.

Has anyone else had this problem?? I really just want to be able to post again.
