Is There A Way To Recover My Company's Unused TikTok Account?

I work for a startup with a high turnover rate, and frequent changes to the organizational structure and general org chart. I am taking over as the marketing manager this quarter. There has not been a marketing manager before me for probably two years.

Research shows that our organization does have a tiktok account with a username that matches our meta social handles. However, no one can tell me what the login info is, who created it, or even when it was created.

Is there a way to recover this account so that we can keep our branding consistent across platforms? Even a way to figure out the recovery email?
