Why won’t my replies send??

I had a comment warning a few days ago and tried to get it appealed but never got a response back from the system so idk if that’s why but at the same time, I was able to send other replies on the same thread and those were visible?

I sent the replies on my main and saw I wasn’t getting any replies back, so I checked my alt and saw that they just aren’t visible to anyone but me. Why is this happening this is so annoying💔

I’ve also gotten issues with not getting a notification that someone replied to me which is very annoying, anyone else got this issue or how to fix it?
