Can't see comments on my own videos, but other accounts can. No filters, no privacy settings, no notification

Has happened numerous times now. Every time someone comments on my videos recently, I never get any notification nor can I see them at all. But when I switch accounts, I can see them all and reply to them.

On my account, I have no privacy settings that should be hiding these. Have restarted my phone, cleared the cache, nothing works. Browser doesn't work, either.

Any ideas? I want to interact with my followers, but can't!
