False Video restriction (with further appeal approved) leading to videos getting capped at 200-300 views for week or two

genuinely why is this a thing? ai m*deration restricted my video at 200k for 18+ content, ofc there wasn't any and it got appealed in 30 minutes, then for almost 2 weeks didn't had a single video surpass 500 views, and then one day my views instantly got back, back to back 3 videos with 60k,200k and 600k views, other 3 atleast 2k, and then I post same video that was restricted but edited differently, it got 300k views and restricted again but this time for "dangerous acts and channenges" this time I had to wait for 9hours.

And after that, again all my new videos are dying under 500 views, with awful stats as if tiktok is just creating fake views with awful stats to make it look like it is just a bad video rather than they are limiting my reach on purpose. I'm 100% sure this is not real people that watch it and it is not real stat, I literally uploaded better, more polished, more complete version of video that got 200k views couple of days ago, and It somehow died at 300 with every stat 10 times worse than it's inferior version.(2% complete watch 3.5s watch time vs 60% complete and 7s watch time, 1/30 likes instead of 1/5)

Why tf does my account get punished after false restriction? if you agree with my appeal then why don't lift restrictions from my account? I'm so tired this bs, why it's 90% algorithm and 10% video quality that matters. Now i gotta sit again for almost 2 weeks with zero chances of gaining any views
