Subscribing isn’t working

They used to work fine. All of a sudden I’m getting told there is unusual activity on my account and won’t let me subscribe to anybody now. I’ve only one active subscription and have been getting this notification for two weeks. How can I fix this. I’ve tried restarting app and clearing cache etc
