is it possible to get my hacked account back?

around oct 2024 my tiktok account got hacked. i woke up to one of those automated texts with a code to reset my password. and then immediately opened the app and i was logged out. they changed my username to a bunch of random numbers and letters. i’ve tried every possible recovery option with emails and phone numbers, but im pretty sure whoever hacked it changed all of my info…

i emailed tiktok support like 400 times and they’ve done nothing. i eventually just made a new account but i think about my original account from time to time and really want it back. i’ve got tons of privated videos of old friends and my pets who are no longer alive. i don’t even care about the account itself, i just want my videos :/

has anyone had any luck with this?
