No support on tiktok?

My account has a block stating it isn’t getting recommended because someone reported me for pretending to be someone else.

I post twitch clips and edit. Clearly stating I am a fan/clip page with no name on my account.

I can’t submit an appeal and have submitted issue reports but no response.

So does TikTok have no support or anyone actually working thereee???

Is there a solution?
