Reported for Impersonation!

My account keeps getting reported for ‘impersonation‘ after numerous times of me changing my account username. People are just really salty about me having 69k followers, and them being in a low place, and don’t want me to succeed. When I try to go appeal, I keep getting ‘network error. try again‘ wtf am I supposed to do?
