Glitch/i can't block hashtags

same as title,it literally won't work,no matter what i do, and this has been happening for months, and if i get rid of an already approved hashtags and try and put it back, it still says that message at the top. nobody i see on the search engine on tt has the same problem,is this just me,or did tt ban me from blocking them?
