Does anyone know what's going on?

Does anyone know what's going on with this? I'm guessing some hacker has my account and is uploading these videos with inappropriate stories and the same generic background (because yes, it happened once before). I changed my password the first time, but after about a week, they uploaded another one, so I decid3d to del3te it and log out of any devic3s I didn't recognize because I realized I hadn't done that. I also contacted support. So, what's really happening?
