Browser tiktok suddenly stopped working, any solution?

I cant always use tiktok on my phone so I logged in on my laptop, on my browser. It was working fine until suddenly ALL my messages started getting blocked by the comm guidlines. I also cant follow anyone. I made a fresh account, same thing, but now I cant like any videos. Any ideas whats causing this or how to fix it?
