I can't talk at all on messages

This happened to me once and ever since it has happened every few weeks or so. It ends within 24 hours, i contacted support about it. They said my account had some security issues, when asking for clarification and on what to do i did not get an answer that actually worked.

My advice is to wait it out, you could message support but i have yet to receive an actual solution.

This happened to me too. I don't ever msg anyone anyway. I was very confused. Just have to wait it out.

this is happening to me rn. it started happening after they told me my account was under the age of 16 and i put in my ID. they still havent approved my ID (even though they said it would take 2 mins) and its been over 24 hours :p

im just assuming anyone below the age of 16 cant DM anyone, ive tried contacting support but i havent heard anything back. best of luck to you, if youre going through the same thing!
