I can't get rid of a certain part of the Studio chat?

I'm not even sure if it can be remove (d), but when I try to pop out the chat from Studio, there's ALWAYS some sort of promotion taking up a good bit of the chat. I can't adjust, change, increase or decrease it, seems like, and I'm not sure if it even can be gotten rid of.

In this case, you can see is the Spring Sprint thing. Its taking up 1/4th of the chat space.
