account ineligible for recommendation over a video that doesn’t exist anymore

i’ve been shadow b4nned on tiktok for like a month now and i didn’t do anything wrong or post anything against commun1ty guidel1nes. i did the account check a month ago and it said there are no issues except one video that apparently went against gu1delines and it was literally just a video of my face. nothing wrong with it at all i was wearing a tshirt, nothing revealing at all. i privated the video and it’s been like that for a month but today i see “ineligible for recommendat1on” by my username and it says my account is ineligible because of that PRIVATED video?? i del3ted the video completely and it still says that. how do i remove this?? there is no place for me to appeal it either ive already looked
