Does TikTok actually take down AI content? They haven't found an issue with anything I've reported

I got quite a few videos in my feed of AI generated people peddling products. They were real products and the AI people were rating them. I reported the content for being AI generated. TIKTok came back and found no issue with these obviously AI generated videos. What's the point of being able to report AI generated content specifically if they don't even take down obviously AI generated videos?
