If I repost a video from years ago will it show up on friends fyp?

I can’t find a real answer. If the video is from 2024 and I reposted it, and a friend likes it, could it be that it showed up on their fyp or does it mean they definitely went on my profile to see it?

Ive never had a video older than a few months come up on my fyp, reposted or not

When I see videos on my fyp. Bottom right will state whether a friend has reposted it. But I don't know whether the video is now on my fyp coz a friend reposted it or if it's coincidence. But I haven't gone into their profile to find it. Who knows with their algorithm madness
