I tried to promote a my comedy video. I payed 1470 coins (about 22 euro) and now I have 371 coins in my account.
After a while, tiktok has notified me that the video promotion has been rejected because the video has political content (it's true).
That 1470 coins has not been refunded me yet.
I want to ask: is there a time to wait or the refund should be immediate?
I bought coins through Google Play, and there was a 20% discount coupon.
wait that's weird, usually when they reject promotions the refund happens pretty quick. i had similar issue few months ago with different app and took like 2-3 days max. maybe try contacting their support directly? the whole process should be automatic but sometimes gets stuck in system.
also might be worth checking if there's some policy about political content refunds, could be they have different rules for that. worst case you could try going through google play support since you bought coins there originally.
