Anyone else had weird stuff happen with their acct lately?

I hadn't done anything new. In fact yesterday I spent probably an hour watching hunger games edits. And today when I went to go do a little scrolling everything was weird AI stories and cop footage. For context, my algorithm is typically hunger games, booktok, foraging, arts, and activist stuff. I tried to go to people I follow and it wasn't showing that I followed anyone like it would just be recommended pages, after a little while of this and being somewhat frustrated, I went to my account page where I was logged in but not as myself. I logged out and was suddenly logged back in as myself and everything seems back to normal.
