Why are there people filming hundreds of videos of themselves mouthing to audio clips in maniacal fashion?

What are all of these videos about chosen ones?

Why does it feel like I'm having a psychotic break flipping through all of this? Make it make sense. You're telling me some rando repeating the same exact thing some other rando made, then recreating that same video in different clothes a few more times, has hundreds of likes and comments? People commenting just happen to make the exact same comment over and over and over? Why are there people's videos in other people's profiles, and why do they act like life-like ai? What is happening here? Why is this not more alarming to everyone? It's friggin weird.
