Unable to send videos to an individual

Hi all,

Recently I've not been able to send videos directly to one of my friends on the TikTok app by holding down the send button, their image just doesn't show up anymore.

We've both looked at our settings, and we can't find anything stopping this. The only way I can send a video to them, is by a URL inside of the TikTok messages.

It's weird, as they can send to me, and I can send messages to anyone but them. I've updated the app and everything, is this a known bug? Or is this a setting that needs to be changed?
