How do I accept guests on live who have sent gifts?

You know those creators on live who invite people to be a guest on the multiguest stream? But then you tap on request to join and they say “this host may only accept people who have sent 200 coins or more”? How do I enable that feature? I couldn’t find it on my settings even when I was live.
