Why is the same person showing up at the top of my post views?

On the last 10 or so posts I’ve made this one person will view it and then a few people will view it after them, so they’re further down on the list, but then when I check back later that same person is at the top of the list again. I thought post views were supposed to be in chronological order? If they’re going back to my account to view it again wouldn’t that show up in my profile views? I saw some people say that the account that you interact with the most will show up at the top of the viewer list but I never interact with this person, we just follow each other, and I never go to their page bc I have my profile views on so I don’t wanna look like a stalker lol. Is there a way for them to have only videos views on but not profile views? Because that’s not an option in my settings. If anyone knows anything I’m so curious!
