Comments on my TikToks

Okay so for some reason on my spam acc I cannot view any comments that people make on my videos. It doesn’t give me notifications, and also shows that they’re zero comments on the video when at least 1 person commented.

However to test it out I used my main acc to comment in my spam acc, I got the notification and was able to see it. So I am unable to see everybody else’s comments on my TikTok except my own and my main??? Like how does this make sense???
