Why don't I have the option for a streak pet?

My friend and I've wondered why we dont have a streak pet and I can't figure out how to get one since the option for one isn't there?

I've updated tiktok and i dont have any age restrictions so why don't we have one? I have a streak pet in a tiktok group chat but not between we and my friend.
