Exporting on capcut

So, I film my videos in 4K 60 FPS, I usually export in 4k 60 as well with the recommended bitrate. When I upload to TikTok, my videos get decompressed. My question is do I keep exporting in 4k 60 fps and do I increase the bitrate? What is recommended i do to get good quality for my videos?
