Somehow my TikTok account can't comment on people's videos, and i want to communicate but i can't, and i don't think this is a ban i tried reporting the bug but idk how! - do i create another TT account?

I tried commenting on a some random's clip on their page that was fun and i couldn't comment - (That was 4 months ago) and it still continuing, please i feel like The Tell Tale Heart or another grey story, is there anyway to actually comment because i can't i feel like i'm missing out and i want to comment but i can't, do i make a new account because theirs's a glitch on my account?
