Is anyone else getting a bunch of random followers at once with no viral posts?

I started a new account to grow it organically and I was doing fine for about a week got 200 followers very organically but since yesterday ive gotten 300 random followers and they keep coming like crazy and none of them seem to have accounts that would be interested in my content?
