Please assist me

Tiktok has flagged my account for scamming behavior yesterday and since then i cant text anyone on my DM’s , i have streaks over 400 and still have some long distance friends that the main communication between us is tiktok, ive tried to appeal but it got denied ( mentioning this again, ive never contacted anyone except my friends or random gum influencers trying to get advic)

I dont know what to do, ive sent messages to tiktoks support but it seems like an AI bot is answering my questions, if anyone has been in this situation and knows what to do i would be grateful.
