Tiktok lite is in eu but broken. (Atleast to me) Can someone h3lp me fix it

Once i open it this shows up in my statusbar (im on android) and i cant log in cuz its not on internet somehow (and no my phone isn't bad i just wanna try it because it's debloated. Also why is the word h3lp with e taken as politics...
