TikTok account lost randomly for age restriction

So I’m in my 30s and depend on TikTok for part of my livelihood. I got a random notification about losing my account for being under 13 but I’m not. I tried to appeal and none of the verification options worked. They gave an error. Except for the credit card option. So I did that but it says my credit card is invalid (which it isn’t) and denied me. Now I lost the appeal option and I’m freaking out. What also doesn’t make sense is the deletion date is back in 2021 ? I guess when I made my account. Anyone can assist me?

Unfortunately, you're probably cooked. Your best bet is to try to send them an email.

Many people are losing their livelihoods that they made through TikTok, it's part of their plan. They don't want to pay out people anymore. So they're cutting out the amount of people they have to pay.

Start looking for other revenue options.
