Cant record or post longer than 60 seconds

I might be having a boomer moment, but my app completely glitched and kept crashing after saving an 8 minute video to drafts and trying to post it. Never happened before. So I reinstalled the app, and now I cant record or upload longer than 60 seconds. What is going on?
