Friend not appearing in my “send to”

I’ve had Tik tok for about 2 months now and after a month the friend who I most send Tik toks to disappeared from my “send to” tab causing me to have to copy the video and send it to him. I’ve tried deleting the app and unfollowing him and re adding him, but nothing. I sent a complaint to Tik tok but nobody has answered and I don’t know what to do because it is super annoying anytime i wanna send him something.
