Why does TikTok keep banning me?

Ok, so I'm a small you tuber (not even 100 subs) and I want to rep ost some of my stuff onto Tiktok. However, upon creating an a ccount and trying to p ost, it never p osted and I was ban ned for no reason: I couldnt even appeal as it kept saying servers were shut down. happened again after creating another account so for my third try, i decided to not try to post at all and just watch and follow people. However, it isnt allowing me to follow or like posts. I dont know why. Its been more than 24hrs since I created my account and my search history and my algorithm still saves. Does it think I'm a bot or something? I literally have a pfp of myself. Please h elp.

PS I am on PC and on web if that matters and i had to put spaces as it said I was selfpromoting
