What's actually in TikTok's privacy policy and terms of use

Everyone says TikTok is basically the worst privacy company in the world, but I was curious to see what's actually in their legal agreements. Here's what's in there:

Biometrics including face are collected by them:

They use all your content to train their algo, and even if you remove your account, it's still theirs:
