Tiktok app and webpage bugging for me

Hello,

since today the app has been bugging for me:

1. I cannot search anything, it loads forever

2. the comments 90% of the time do not load for me

3. opening shared tiktoks doesn't work.

4. after i logged out. couldn't log in back

so what I did is:

1. i restarted my phone.

2. I tried connecting to a different wifi and cellular

3. I tried to use tiktok on my pc (web browser)

4. i tried private tab in a browser (logged out)

5. I tried to logout from the account and couldn't log it back

6. I unisntalled the app. downloaded it from google play and also from samsung store.

yet it didn't work. i still cant access all the features and it is incredibly laggy. did anyone face this issue? how can it be fixed

my phone is an android samsung s26 on last update.
