Paid for streaks

I just seen a viral video pop up on my fyp about Tik Tok lying about paying creators for streaks and people are thinking about starting a class action lawsuit??? I’m sorry but when did Tik Tok ever say they were paying people for streaks?? No way people believe that rumor was actually real lol
