switched accounts and accidentally got logged out, when i tried to log back in it says my account doesn’t exist

but it still says the username is taken and i looked it up on my other account and its still there! what do i do im freaking out!!

someone said to try to sign in with a vpn, when i did that it asked for my birthday (im 18) and then it said im not eligible for tiktok!! wtf!!!
