Has anyone ever gotten this or know how to resolve it?

I was having a debate with someone in my replies going back a forth and suddenly got this notification in my inbox and now my new and old comments can't be seen by others (I tested with my alt account). I've had far longer debates in the comments in the past and have never gotten this before.
