Posts won't upload. So frustrating.

Has anyone else been having issues with TikTok lately? I’ll try to post something and it just won’t upload for hours. I keep trying over and over but it doesn’t show up, like it’s there but no one can actually see it. Is this happening to anyone else or am I somehow restricted?
