Anyone else?

Has anyone else’s TikTok been acting up the last few days where if they turn off their phone for a few minutes or go on another app for few minutes TikTok will automatically refresh? I turned off Background App Refresh for TikTok but it’s still happening, is it just me or is anyone else’s have this problem?
