DMs restricted for no reason?

My new tiktok that i’ve started posting gaming guides on has its DMs restricted. i’ve tried to contact support but they’ve just said “yeah we went through the account your broke rules” but dont give me anything i did wrong or why i broke them. does anyone know what i should do?
