Suddenly can't follow accounts

I get an error that says "Your account might be in danger" and I get logged out

-I haven't done following sprees, cause this happens as soon as I try to follow someone

-Already changed my password to a very strong one

-I want to enable 2FA but can't find it on desktop or the Lite app so I might have to download the original app

On a side note, a while ago I got my DMs restricted cause of "spam" (I never talk to anyone) but when I appealed I got them back immediately. This happened three times iirc
