FYP not consistent

Anyone else's FYP fine for awhile and then like every week or so it'll get stuck in a loop to where it shows you the same videos over and over again all day that you have ZERO interest in, like a nightmarish echo chamber, to where you feel like your FYP will never truly be consistent and will just do this weird thing on a weekly basis or is it just mine??
