Impersonation restrictions have tanked my engagement and views

Hi all, if anyone can give me some insight or personal experience!

Within the last 2 months my account was hit with 4 impersonation restrictions claiming im impersonating a person/organisation. I have successfully appealed and gotten all of them lifted using my photo ID.

After each restriction being lifted, my views and engagement went back to normal. BUT with the most recent restriction my videos are being ONLY pushed out to followers. The only likes and views are from people I follow indicating that it's not being pushed to FYP or non-followers anymore.

I feel like this is a shadow ban (temporary or not) due to the amount of restrictions my account received. What do I do? This is getting bothersome because I am posting well edited videos with trending sound that is getting little to no reach! Which usually isn't the case!
