Anyone else not being able to see new videos when looking up something on Tiktok (it's been 2 days already?)

I'm really lost at this point there isn't any update, no matter what I look up I only get blank, white screen and I checked, I've the personalization up, even contacted support but never got a reply. Idk what to do..
